Thy Purpose

People dream, acquire and conquer for various reasons. There will always be a purpose. Jesus was the son of a poor carpenter whose only campaign was the word of God. Instead of raising His profile as the Saviour of souls, He preached of love, understanding, true humility and peace; and that’s what HE is [all] about.
He was insulted by both the high-profiled and common people in the past because He was unknown. He didn’t have the riches, the flambouyant clothes or the title/s to show any body. He can heal the sick and yet He had no problem washing the disciples’ feet. He can do anything but it was other people who testified for His miracles.
We are all servants of God and what He wants us to do is to spread His words and lift people’s lives through our actions. The higher recognition comes from God, not people. He knows the unselfish work we do and the genuine generosity we give. Keep doing the good work as you guys are keeping Him happy.
We all have our share of failures and successes. What makes us strong is not just our titles, diplomas or money; it is the wisdom to be financially stable, the intelligence and education acquired from our experience, the character we build, the way we learn the values of patience, failures, integrity, etc. Let us appreciate what we have, be thankful that we are blessed and experienced compared to others.

Oliver of Sweetmojo once said: “Pave way for and invest on others who have potentials or possibilities; be instrumental to the next generation. Maybe it is time one mentors as others already had their time to shine." He taught me that my experience is one of the most treasured things I can have. "No one can take that away from you,” he said.
I used to think I am not good enough whatever I do until I win a Nobel Prize. Well, don’t you think that is really worth mentioning? But now I know that whatever gives me peace, whenever I see smiling faces… then I have done my job. After all, this is not about me. It has always been about the purpose, the reason.
We all have wanted recognition. We all have been angry. We all have insulted others. We are only human but I hope we use our time and God-given gifts towards doing more productive activities that would lift each other so we can truly achieve peace, understanding and be great examples in our community.
